Foot noise from above was sometimes noticeable, especially with kids running around, though it didn’t disrupt our overall enjoyment. The view from the room could be improved, as it mainly overlooks a conservatory roof that lacks visual appeal. the reception area, being right by the entrance, felt a bit cramped, especially when some residents were venting frustrations. Our room, located in the courtyard, had a chillier air despite the radiators, which might not be to everyone’s taste.

The location is perfect for scenic walks, creating a peaceful atmosphere. the bed was too firm for my comfort, and I found the room slightly dated, lacking some modern amenities. the lobby could benefit from more inviting seating.

Just spent 2 nights in an amazing deluxe room. The staff were super friendly, and they went outta their way to make our 40th anniversary special. The food was top-notch too—so many choices! Just wish the bar had longer hours, but that didn’t ruin our fun!

The Victoria boasts stunning decor with charming old-world features, and the accessibility for seniors is commendable, making it easy to navigate through beautifully maintained common areas while enjoying a lovely stay.

We had a fab stay! The room was small but super cozy, and the decor was on point. Staff were so friendly and really helpful, made us feel at home. The food was a highlight, such a nice twist on usual meals! Only thing was the shower pressure could’ve been better. Can’t wait to come back!
